Central themes for the course :
-The past, present and future of theatre as a tool for eco-psycho-social well-being.
–Theatre of the Oppressed (TO): Theatre as cultural transformation “from monologue to dialogue.”
—Newspaper Theatre in the 21st Century: critical and aware collective storytelling in a changing world.
—-Social Presencing Theatre (SPT): Theatre as a new vocabulary for social action “Ego to Eco”.
The main requirement for the course is the openness and willingness to engage actively in this investigation of theatre as a fun and insightful way to promote social well-being locally and globally.
Conversational English is also required (more languages are pending).
