
Arundathi Vishwanath
Arundathi is a Theatre of the Oppressed facilitator with over 14 years of experience working with diverse women’s groups. Her focus is on human and environmental rights, creative expressions, therapy and healing.
She is a Psychotherapist with a focus on Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM)® and is currently training to be a Medicine Woman and a Breathwork Facilitator. She works with individuals as well as groups of women to facilitate processes of getting in touch with one’s body & womb consciousness and wisdom.
Arundathi’s forte is the creative exploration of body movement with art, music and grounding meditation. She has facilitated theatre experiences with groups in India, Brazil, Nepal and Egypt. Through each of her lived theatre experiences, Arundathi has textured her rich learnings into creating a unique therapeutic and creative experience for persons she works with.
