Sharing your voice with ImaginAction is a chance to contribute to an inspiring and dynamic network of changemakers, thought leaders, and community builders. We publish blog posts on a monthly basis and promote them across our website and social media platforms to amplify your work.
How to Submit Your Blog Post
Simply visit our Submit Blog Post page and fill out the form. After submitting, email your blog post and any relevant images to projects@imaginaction.org. We’ll review your submission and confirm its publication.
Please review the following guidelines and terms of use before submitting your work:
1. Content Ownership
By submitting your blog post, you affirm that you are the original author of the content and that the content does not infringe upon any copyrights or intellectual property rights of others. You retain full ownership of your work, but by submitting, you grant ImaginAction the right to publish, distribute, and share your blog post on our platform and associated social media channels.
2. Content Guidelines
- Relevance: Submissions should align with ImaginAction’s mission to foster collective well-being, creativity, civic engagement, and ecological awareness.
- Tone and Language: Please use clear, accessible language. The tone should be inclusive and respectful of diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Length: Posts should generally be between 600-1,200 words. If your post exceeds this range, please ensure the content is well-structured and easy to read.
- Images: If including images, please ensure they are either your own or properly attributed to the original creator. High-resolution images are preferred.
3. Editing and Review
ImaginAction reserves the right to edit your submission for clarity, grammar, length, and alignment with our editorial standards. We may also make minor adjustments to ensure consistency with our brand voice. Significant changes will be made only with your approval.
4. Publication
Once your blog post is accepted, it will be published on ImaginAction’s website and may be promoted through our social media channels. We aim to publish blog posts on a monthly basis, though timing may vary depending on editorial needs.
5. Attribution and Links
We will attribute your blog post to you, including a brief author bio (provided by you) and any social media or website links you wish to include. Please make sure that any links to external sources or websites are relevant and add value to your post.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
By submitting your blog post, you consent to the use of your name, bio, and content for the purposes outlined above. If you wish to remain anonymous or have specific privacy concerns, please let us know before submission.
7. No Compensation
ImaginAction does not offer compensation for blog posts at this time. However, we are committed to providing a platform for your ideas to reach a wider audience and contribute to important conversations on well-being and creativity.
8. Right to Decline
ImaginAction reserves the right to decline any submission that does not meet our content guidelines, is off-topic, or does not align with our values. We will notify you if we are unable to publish your post.
