EVENT DESCRIPTION
We all have a story, the story gives a frame to our personal, professional development, it gives sense to our lives. Even when this story is full of pain and mistakes, we love it; because it is our story.
All the communities that we belong to, companies, leisure clubs, school, families, are parts of our story. These communities are made up of people that have their own stories, which are not the same, yet, they all connect to create a larger story. From a system’s perspective, all people (with all their life experiences and stories) create and impact the system (community) and how it sees itself.
Being able to tell our personal, professional, and group story can allow us to become more aware of the organisational challenges, to what we have not been able to address, to what is not working, to what is blocking our system. The stories we tell are powerful and are important because they give us a sense of security, the stability necessary to maintain order. These stories work until they do not work anymore.

The video with the guidance of Debora Barrientos and Uri Noy Meir becomes a part of a process. A co sensing the relation of system, self and story through embodied practice, which integrates visual arts, generative scribing, Social presencing theatre and allows us to together reflect on challenges and possibilities in our organisations and lives.
This particular event is inviting HR managers, Academics, NGO management to give specific feedback and input on how this type of work could support well being in companies, NGOs and learning institutes.
