Hector will give several exciting workshops in Rome, Italy this July through ParticipArte!
The workshop will be held in a compound of “case occupate” (occupied houses), a place squatted by immigrants and Italians that cannot afford the very expensive housing prices of Rome. This compound offers free spaces to artists that need room to create and rehearse.
This is an opportunity to discover Rome from an unusual perspective, out of the touristic track and bustling centre, but near very interesting quarters. The workshops promise to provide a chance to connect with people of different culture and background who will participate and contribute to a highly colorful and dynamic training, as well as a great opportunity to learn more about TO work in your country.
The training costs 150 € including lunch, payable in advance. It is possible to camp in the squat’s garden, or in the rehearsal room, in basic conditions, in a highly friendly and relaxed atmosphere. ParticipArte can try to arrange a room for you if necessary, but you might have to pay for it (around 20€/night).
If you are interested in participating, write to firstname.lastname@example.org before June 15th!
